I was a Professional Engineer and BC Land Surveyor for thirty years, surveying throughout British Columbia, the Territories, and overseas. I had been a staff Land Surveyor for both small and large Land Surveying companies, an owner in partnership of a medium sized firm, a contract surveyor contributing to a number of offices, and finally a sole proprietor completing select survey projects for clients in the Columbia Shuswap.
I was involved with the Association of British Columbia Land Surveyors on a number of committees, and am a past Chair of the Board of Examiners. In that role I have enjoyed the opportunity to contribute to the mentoring and examination of new Land Surveyors admitted to our profession. I have also been honoured to have articled two LSTs in 2014 and 2018.
Although we will no longer be providing BC Land Surveying services, we will continue to assist with development approvals for ongoing projects only, and Canada Land Surveying services as a staff member of HBH Land Surveying for the First Nations of northwest British Columbia.
